We at Reveal Hair Salon understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances come up that may impact your upcoming appointments with us. We will do everything we can to accommodate any appointment changes. Please call us at your earliest convenience should you need to modify your appointments.

We ask that any cancellations or reschedules be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a fee in the amount of 50% of the scheduled services.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee that all reserved services can be completed. If there is no notice within the 15-minute time frame, we will consider this a no show, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. This will result in a fee in the amount of 50% of the scheduled services.

All services will require a credit card upon booking. Your card will not be charged unless there was a late cancellation or a no show. We greatly appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at Reveal Hair Salon.
